Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Launch Goblin app ("Launch Goblin", the "App"). Launch Goblin is operated by Endpoint Technology LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Launch Goblin, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Launch Goblin on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the App.

Subscriptions

Launch Goblin offers an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the app. The following terms apply:

• Plans are offered on a weekly or annual basis. A free trial may be offered for new subscribers.
• The price and billing period are shown clearly in the App before you confirm a purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of any free trial).
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies; we are unable to issue refunds directly.

The goblin is joking

Launch Goblin motivates through humor: roasts, taunts, and a cartoon goblin with strong opinions about your work habits. This content is entertainment, not professional advice. Missions are suggestions, not business, financial, or legal guidance, and you are responsible for what you post, send, or publish while completing them.

The leaderboard

The global leaderboard is provided on an honor-system basis under anonymous generated handles. You agree not to attempt to manipulate, spoof, or flood the board. We may filter or remove records at our discretion to keep the board fair and functional.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Launch Goblin only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App or its services.

Intellectual property

The App, its design, the goblin artwork, and its content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. Share cards generated by the App are yours to share.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Launch Goblin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
